Features:

  • Units are constructed only with the highest grade materials. Duplex stainless steel high pressure pumps on the higher salinity feed water, marine grade stainless elsewhere.

  • There are no brass components on our units. We have units that have been in the field in the harshest of environments for many years and they are still going strong.

  • Energy recovery is available on our sea water and mid salinity units.

  • Units are fitted with automatic flush and permeate flush. This means that the units can be turned off without stagnant bore water left in contact with the membranes to cause fouling.

  • Our frames and piping are all marine grade or higher stainless steel for years of trouble free service. Nothing corrodes like bore water.

  • Units are constructed to be fully automatic. No operator intervention is required.

  • The bore pump, control, pretreatment, water storage and distribution can all be delivered as one complete integrated package.

  • We also specialize in containerizing units for remote sites.

  • Units come with in built clean in place system for membrane cleaning. This avoids costly membrane removal and off site cleaning.

  • 99% removal of salts.

  • Running costs below current water prices.

  • Simple reliable operation.

  • Comprehensive after sales service and backup.

  • Systems ranging from 2000 to many megalitres per day.

  • Manufactured by Aqueous Solutions to Australian Standards including all electrical components.

  • Aqueous Solutions specifically design a pretreatment system to ensure your water is suitable to enter the desalination unit.
